Boral Masonry has opened a factory outlet in Deer Park selling concrete bricks, blocks, pavers and retaining wall seconds. Prices have been reduced to clear with obsolete colours, minor blemishes, paver air bubbles, and minor dimensional variations priced at up to 40 per cent below the recommended retail price.
