THE ACUPUNCTURE CLINIC

This popular Broadway clinic, subsidised by the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), offers treatments for a mere fraction of what you’d normally pay elsewhere, but still provides quality attention. Sessions with a final-year (fourth-year) acupuncture student cost just $20 if you’re a student or staff and $25 otherwise, dramatically less than the usual price elsewhere of about $60 to $80. Treatments are thorough and typically last around 45 minutes (but may be longer if massage is required). Fourth-year students perform all treatments under the close supervision of qualified teachers. A qualified practitioner treatment costs $35 for the general public. Treatments are only $30 for students and staff.
